  • Best oral presentation award received at National conference on Emerging trends in Bioprocessing & Simulation (Sponsored by TEQIP II) conducted on 12th -13th Sept, 2013 organized by Dept of Biotechnology, PESIT, Bangalore, India.
  • Organized and anchored National Symposium on Future of Functional Genomics (TransDisciplinary Genomics – I) conducted on October 13-14, 2017 at TransDisciplinary University, Bangalore.
  • Organized training programs on Genomics and Bio-informatics at TDU
  • Submission of fungal DNA sequences, genome and transcriptome data to NCBI, USA.
  • Developed the curriculum for MSc in Biological Sciences (Bioinformatics and Functional Genomics by Research) at TDU
