His Highness Srikantadatta Narasimharaja Wadiyar Medical Heritage Library

The ‘His Highness Srikantadatta Narasimharaja Wadiyar Medical Heritage Library’ is always in need of monetary contributions to purchase new materials and equipment that document and preserve the historical information on India’s rich medical heritage. Cash contributions to the library can be made the FRLHT foundation. Donations made to this fund will be used for the purchase of books, videos, subscriptions to journals, or procurement of other resources to build the library’s collection and technology tools that will be used by our students for research.

The Indian Medical Heritage Library relies on the generosity of its donors to build its collections, archives and special collections to realize its vision of becoming India’s largest medical heritage reference library. Donations of books, scriptures and other materials are accepted. The Heritage collection focuses on Medical heritage related material such as photographs, formulation documents, slides, medicinal plant genealogies, books, manuscripts, yearbooks, botanical maps, and other traditional medicine related ephemera. If you have ancient folk records, medical diaries, photographs of scriptures, books, maps or other items that you believe would enhance our Heritage Collection, please contact us.
