Workshop Overview:

This workshop will give the participants an understanding of how twin-screw extrusion technology can be used to transform various ingredients into value added food products. The workshop will cover Hands-on training on our Brabender TwinLab F-20/40 twin-screw extruder (made – Brabender GmbH & Co. KG, Germany). The topics will include techniques of Food extrusion and hand-on training/ demonstration on various food applications like cold (pasta), hot (ready to eat snacks) and high moisture (TVP) extrusion process or protein texturization and process parameters that influence the product quality characteristics. The exclusive workshop is designed for the participants to provide Hands-on experience on extruder and the ability to apply in various food applications.

For Industry/Faculty: Rs. 10,000/-
