Enhance your knowledge about terms in Ayurveda in the context of nutrient assimilation and wellbeing. Learn what the sashtras say about Agni, it’s types and how to tell if your Agni is good. Understand what Ama means and it’s appearance in various tissue types, when accumulated.

This is an academic presentation suitable for those who have taken our “Introduction to Ayurveda Dietetics” course and will appeal to those wanting further immersion in Ayurveda terms.

No participation certificate will be issued. PPT and review articles will be shared. Live session will be interactive. Lecture recording will be available to view for a week.
