Join us on a unique journey through our pilot food forest and scientific kitchen, where ancient knowledge meets modern innovation. This workshop is designed to deepen your understanding of wild edibles and inspire creativity in using seasonal, foraged ingredients in your culinary repertoire
Workshop Highlights:
Guided Tour: Discover over 80 species of wild edible plants in our ~4000 sq ft food forest.
Hands-on Cooking: Create flavorful dishes with seasonal, local, and foraged ingredients under the guidance of Ayurvedic culinary experts.
Ayurvedic Culinary Basics: Learn principles that integrate wellness into every dish
