Job Summary:
Research fellow will have to set up various experiments for food product designing and development. Content development for course and workshop.
Qualification:
MSc/MTech in Food science and technology, Food and nutrition, Nutrition, and health science in the related field with good academic records.
Experience:
Experience in designing of experiments for traditional foods, product development, and functional and structural characterization of food products. Course designing and content development. Diet menu and recipe preparation.
Skills:
Microsoft Office, statistical tools.
Macro-micro molecular characterization
Job Responsibilities:
Develop content for courses and workshops on food product design and development.
Design and conduct experiments for food product design and development.
Develop content for courses and workshops on food product design and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a comprehensive approach.
Stay updated with advancements in the field and contribute to research and innovation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance measures.
Analyze data, prepare reports, and present research outcomes.
Maintain laboratory equipment, implement safety protocols, and ensure a safe working environment.
Provide guidance and supervision to junior researchers.
Continuously improve experimental protocols and processes.
