After an accomplished academic career, Vaidya Pendse joined the Tilak Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya - one of the most reputed Ayurvedic Colleges in India; as a Faculty member for Graduate & Post-Graduate studies.  He regularly teaches at graduate  & postgraduate  Degree and Diploma Courses as Faculty Member at SNDT University, Mumbai & various Institutions in India. He serves as Reader in the  Department of Panchkarma.

He was awarded the Best Teacher Award amongst all of the Ayurvedic Teaching  Institutes in the state of Maharashtra  on 25th December, 2008. It has been a continuing passion for him to learn, understand  & teach the science & art of classical, authentic Ayurveda.

He is also attached to various Hospitals & Institutions as a Consulting Ayurvedic  Physician.
