Ecoscape India, lead by Dr Ganesh Babu, a pioneer in landscaping with native medicinal plants stands out from typical landscaping services with its commitment to focus on biodiversity conservation and the integration of medicinal plants into its designs. Unlike conventional landscaping companies that prioritize aesthetic appeal, Ecoscape India emphasizes ecological balance and the preservation of native plant species, particularly those used in traditional Indian medicine like Ayurveda, Siddha, and Unani, contributing to conservation and propogation of India’s medicinal plant heritage.

1. RESTORATION OF IRON ORE MINING AREAS

Currently doing the restoration of eight iron ore mines located at Vijayanagara, Bellary and Cjitradurga districts of Karnataka for Jindal Steel Works Mines, Vidyanagar, Bellary. 2024

3. RESTORATION OF 100-ACRE BARREN, LATERITE HILLOCKS

50,000 trees and shrubs planted in the 100 acres of degraded/denuded lands at Sultanpura of Bellary district and maintained for 4 years. For JSW Energy Limited, Toranagallu, Bellary, Karnataka.

4. Design and supply of species for establishing ‘Rain Forests’ at Kanha Shantivanam, Hyderabad, Telangana. (50 acres). For Kanha Shantivanam, Hyderabad, Telangana.

5. Design, Development and maintenance of green belt with IUCN Red Listed medicinal trees at New Sports Institute (30 acres). For Jindal Steel Works, Vidyanagara, Bellary, Karnataka.

6. Establishing herbal landscape at Shriram Panorama Hills, Vishakapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. For Shriram Properties, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

7. Landscaped healing garden at North-East Institute of Folk Medicine (NEIFM), Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh (30 acres). For NEIFM, Arunachal Pradesh.
