Specification for Lab Freeze Dryer

- Ice condenser Capacity minimum of 8 kg

- Performance 4 to 6 kg in 24 hours

- Ice Condenser temperature minimum –85 deg C at ambient room temperature of 25 deg C.

- Compressor should be minimum 1.0 KW or 1.34 HP.

- Condenser coils, condenser chamber should be made of SS 316 L only.

- Certificate of MOC to be attached or provided.

- Condenser coils should be in direct contact with the sublimed vapours for efficient cold trap.

- Hot Gas Defrost should be automatic.

- Chemical resistant Dry vacuum pump should be included.

- Should have Pirani gauge vacuum sensor to monitor the vacuum during process

- Electromagnetic vacuum control valve to control the vacuum for faster drying

- Front loading of bulk samples into shelves. Stainless Steel Chamber with acrylic door type for easy loading and unloading.

- Acrylic door to have chemical resistant shield.

- All 8 rectangular shelves should have temperature sensor and should be independently controlled to ensure uniform temperature in all shelves during freeze drying process.

- Instrument should have a provision to use for bottle drying. Suitable connectors min 6 port to be included.

- 2 no’s of SS trays with sieves dimensions 225 x 300 x 30 mm (W x D x H) to be Included.

- Wide Neck bottles with caps of 600 ml,2000 ml capacity of bottles min 2 of each to be included along with Filter papers to avoid contamination.

- Temperature of each shelf should be displayed on the controller.

- Heated shelves rectangular minimum 8 shelf with dimensions 250 x 300 mm

- Color touch screen with clear layout of process data like ice condenser temperature, process time, section time and vacuum.

- Automatic or manual sequence of freeze-drying process.

- Maintenance and interval of vacuum pump and system.

- System leakage and performance test facility.

- Password protection facility should be available.

- Should include facility to find out the product temperature while in process by using the vapour pressure reading.

Tender Submission:

The tender will follow a two-bid system, consisting of:

1)      Technical Bid: Include all technical details, specifications, and relevant documentation.

2)      Financial Bid: Submit detailed pricing information.

Submission Instructions:

1.      Bidders must submit their bids in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as "Technical Bid" and "Financial Bid."

2. Both envelopes should be placed in a larger envelope marked with the equipment name and tender reference number.

Submission Deadline:

All bids must be submitted by 30.03.2025 at 05:30 pm. Late

submissions will not be considered.
