The University Library is a nascent with specialized focus on developing multi-disciplinary, multi-format information resources collections providing knowledge and wisdom from various Indian systems of medicine.

The University Library is named as “His Highness Sri Srikantadatta Narasimharaja Wadiyar (HHSNW) Medical Heritage Library” since 2016 in remembrance of His Highness Late Sri Srikantadatta Narasimharaja Wadiyar
