Dr. Rajarshi Pal holds a Ph.D. in Life Sciences from Manipal University (2008–2011). His expertise lies in stem cell biology, focusing on differentiation into ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm representatives. He specializes in developing xeno-free and clinical-grade culture systems, disease modeling, target discovery, drug screening, toxicological studies, and advancing cell-based therapies and regenerative medicine.With extensive experience in academia, Dr. Pal teaches MSc, M.Phil, and Ph.D. programs, contributing to the next generation of researchers. He actively mentors students, having guided two Ph.D. candidates (one completed, one ongoing) and three MSc project students (all completed).
