Dr. Shridevi S. Gothe is an accomplished Ayurvedic scholar and functional food innovator with expertise in integrating traditional wisdom with modern nutritional science. She holds an MD in Ayurveda from Government Ayurvedic Medical College, Bangalore (completed in 2016), and a BAMS from Government Ayurvedic Medical College, Mysore (completed in 2012). Dr. Shridevi also holds an e-PG Diploma in Public Health Nutrition from the Public Health Foundation of India and is certified by NPTEL in Novel Technologies for Food Processing and Shelf-life Extension. Since joining Transdisciplinary University (TDU), Bangalore, in 2017 as an Assistant Professor, she has been part of research in functional food development, iron-rich dietary interventions, and innovative Ayurvedic formulations. Dr. Shridevi’s work bridges ancient Ayurvedic principles with contemporary wellness practices, contributing extensively to public health nutrition and culinary sciences.
