I am a PhD scholar at the Education Programme, School of Social Sciences, National Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS), Bengaluru, and registered with The University of Trans-Disciplinary Health Sciences and Technology (TDU), Bengaluru. My doctoral research is an ethnographic study investigating the learning experiences and academic trajectories of secondary students in two government schools in Uttarakhand, India. The study examines how socio-cultural conditions and institutional factors shape students' educational journeys through participant observation and in-depth interactions with students, teachers, parents, and administrators. Through my research, I aim to contribute to practical policy recommendations and evidence-based interventions that foster equitable educational environments and promote inclusive practices. My other interests include playing football, traveling, and reading books.
