Prof. Sundar Sarukkai specializes in the philosophy of the natural and social sciences. He has served as a Professor of Philosophy at the National Institute of Advanced Studies and was the Founder-Director of the Manipal Centre for Philosophy and Humanities. Additionally, he has been a Visiting Faculty at the Centre for Society and Policy, Indian Institute of Science. His work explores philosophical perspectives on science, society, and knowledge. Prof. Sarukkai is also the founder of Barefoot Philosophers, an initiative dedicated to making philosophy accessible to children and the public.
